COVID-19 Protocols.

We are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC. Please call us for details before the shoot as our protocols keep changing along with the latest CDC guidelines.

Travel and Overage Fees.

Got pets? Will travel! A travel fee of 65.5 cents per mile will be charged for locations farther than 35 miles from Photographer's Studio.

Retainer and Payment.

Payment for the desired Session type (for up to 3 pets) is required at the time of booking. Additional pets may be added for $25 each. The entire amount is credited towards purchase of prints and products. Prices listed on the site DO NOT include sales tax, shipping and handling.

Completion Schedule.

Professionally edited images from your shoot will be ready to view 1 - 3 weeks from shoot date. Prints are generally delivered within 7-10 days from time of order. Albums are separate from image editing and can take an additional 1 - 2 weeks for preview. We will provide you with a convenient online gallery to view and order your products from. There will be anywhere between 15 - 50 images to choose from.

Rescheduling and Cancellation. 

Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please try do so at least 7 or more calendar days before the session date and your session fee will either be applied to the new date, or be refunded in full.  If the session is canceled 6 or less calendar days before the session date, the session fee, minus $50, shall be refunded.

Ordering Schedule. 

The online gallery will be available to view and order from for 5 weeks from delivery.  A $25 fee will be charged to make available galleries that have been archived.  All print orders must be placed within 5 calendar weeks of online gallery delivery.

Pet’s Vaccinations. 

It is essential for the safety of all the pets I photograph that all the pets I photograph, including adoptable pets, are up to date on their vaccines at the time of the shoot.

Clients' Usage. 

The Clients' prints are for personal use only and may not be used in any other manner, including but not limited to, submitting to contests, reproducing for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than Ana Deshpande Photography.
